History Flirtin' was created in 2008 when owner, Sham Bevel, was inspired to decorate her jeans. Using flowers, butterflies, and decorative ornaments, Sham Bevel developed leg band accessories for leg wear. Beginning with a small budget, Sham Bevel launched Flirtin' and created teasers. Flirtin' is physically based in Virginia Beach, VA. Products Flirtin' company designs Teasers, vibrant accessory bands for leg wear. Teasers bring color, flare, and your own personal style to plain leg wear.

Teasers can be worn on jeans, leggings, or bare legs. Teasers are handmade and carefully inspected before packaging. Each teaser comes individually packaged in a sheer pouch tied with signature Flirtin' satin ribbons. Our 2008 Spring and Summer Collection is divided into five flirty categories: Delicious, One Night Stand, Hugs and Kisses, First Base, and Diamonds are Forever. Currently, there are over 30 designs. Our products are one size fits all for teens and adults. We are willing to customize any flowers or band colors.

	In the daytime, wear Teasers over your jeans. In the evening, slip teasers on your bare leg and wear them with your mini skirt. They are comfortable to wear all day.
